Harley joined us in September 2023 bringing with her 9 years of customer service experience. She is responsible for our lease renewals and the marketing of our available properties for rent. Harley processes all of our rental applications and assists our licensed agents with competitive market analyses for pricing, contract production and administration. She visits our newly leased properties to ensure they are ready for our new tenants, handles the internal processing of our property reviews, and administers all lease, city and HOA violations.
