Lease Purchase
At this time, Wakefield Realtors does not offer any Lease Purchase or “Rent to Own” agreements.  Once you have entered into a rental agreement and established a satisfactory tenant performance, we will be happy to contact the owner to inquire about the possibility of ownership.

Compensation for Referral
According to State Law, we are not allowed to compensate any individual for the referral of a client unless they are licensed by the Texas Association of Realtors.
